My first surgery was 6 years ago. They re-corrected my columella because it was crooked. The last time was 4 years ago, The silicone showed through, and after surgery here my columella became crooked again, so I had it done again, and even after 4 years I still have a side effect where mucus keeps running from my nose. The hospital says the silicone showing through is blood vessels (..?? ridiculous), and as for the runny nose, they tell me to take rhinitis medicine (it's hard to live normally).
