It’s been over 5 years since the surgery, and for the first surgery I only did the nose tip without an implant. The correction for the bulbous nose went well. Over time it feels like it’s becoming a little pointier, but since it was a bulbous nose to begin with, it’s not a big problem. The columella area feels a bit short, but from other people’s reviews it seems like I’m the only one who feels that way. I think the director’s skill is fine.
