I had surgery 8-9 years ago, and I still have the shape and am satisfied. They reduced my hump nose with osteotomy, brought it together, and prevented the tip from drooping with septal cartilage. I knew nothing about cosmetic surgery at the time, so I was also recommended fat grafting and ended up having it done, and I was very satisfied. I thought the nose's function was important, so I deliberately chose an ENT background, and it seems like that was a good decision. The shape of the tip is also natural.
