The director and the consultation manager were both kind. They even threw in jokes to help me relax, which was nice. I went knowing the doctor was an ENT specialist, but he explained aesthetic matters in much more detail than function. He was full of confidence that he draws good lines. The estimate was reasonable, and even the inner facilities I went into for the CT scan were clean, so I had a good impression.
