I had surgery without an implant, and I wanted improvement in the front view more than the side view. The side view got much more refined than I had expected, and the front view too was improved satisfyingly within the limits of doing it without an implant, even if not dramatically! A month later, the pain seems to have eased a lot too. I like the shape of my nose now, so I hope it doesn’t drop any more. A lot of the swelling went down over the first month, but they said more swelling would go down over six months, so I’m looking forward to that.
