I had the consultation a long time ago so I don't remember the estimate exactly. First of all, the doctor is a compliment bot. A self-esteem protector.. As expected of a hospital known for doing things naturally, he only caught the parts I was most worried about and recommended surgery only for those parts. Of all the places I consulted, this was the one I liked the most. However, I didn't go through with surgery because there were so many reviews saying it was too natural (if I remember correctly, it was also more expensive than the estimated price I had written down.)
