They say this is one of the top three clinics for revision nose surgery, so I went. The hospital was clean, and they explained everything while showing me the CT scan. Thanks to the doctor, I found out the silicone was bent and that the shape of my nostrils was unnatural. They explained every part I could never figure out even after looking a hundred times. They talked so thoroughly that the only thing left for me to wonder about was the price. They said the surgery would take about 4 and a half hours using bridge silicone, donor rib cartilage, and autologous dermis. I am curious how meticulous they must be to spend 4 hours on it. I feel like if I do it here, I’ll get a natural and pretty nose. But the estimate is so expensive that I’m thinking about it...
