It's been 3 years since my nose revision surgery, and I'm still satisfied. When I had the revision, they caught the parts I was unhappy with really well, and when I said I wanted something more dramatic, they honestly told me that because of my skin and tissue characteristics, if they made it too dramatic, the tip of the nose would show through, and since it was a revision, if they did it again and it looked like that, wouldn't it defeat the point? The simulated nose shape and the result were almost 98% the same, and about 6 of my friends saw my nose and went to get surgery there too.
