I had a consultation a few years ago, and I remember that it took a long time just to get the consultation appointment. The director was kind, and unlike other hospitals, I liked that he focused on me without giving off a factory-like feeling. I could see his professionalism, and among all the places I consulted, this one gave me the most trust. However, I was also scared of using autologous costal cartilage, and the price was a bit on the high side, so I thought about it and didn’t end up going through with the surgery.
