It’s been 3 months since my first rhinoplasty with no implant using autologous rib cartilage. I consulted at 9 places, but still, every time I went for consultations, my number 1 in my heart was always Deonan. My facial asymmetry is more severe than most people, and my right and left sides are completely different. My original bridge wasn’t extremely high, but it was on the high side. Among the places I consulted, this was the only one that said not to put in silicone. I like a glamorous look, so I hesitated a bit, but I decided to trust them and go for it. Now, 3 months later, I do wish it were a bit more glamorous, but because my skin is thick, it can’t be made sharply pointed.. I was very worried about the asymmetry, but instead it feels like the crookedness has been corrected. They said that because the midface is long, putting in silicone would make the nose look longer, so I went without it, with autologous rib cartilage for the tip plus ear cartilage, and even without an implant there is no step-off at all and the line came out beautifully. I have no regrets ㅠㅠ If I ever have another revision after a long time, I think I’d still do it at Deonan.. There’s a reason people keep saying Deonan, Deonan. At least go for a consultation. They also do subtle glamour really well, not just extreme glamour. The coordinator knew the patient’s surgical methods well and explained everything well too. In fact, I spent a lot more time consulting with the coordinator than with the doctor (the first consultation with the doctor probably took just over 5 minutes ..) Still, it was also the hospital where I ended up putting down the deposit without much hesitation.
