Maybe because it's a large hospital, the building was big and there were lots of brochures for foreign customers. But because of that, it felt like a factory-style place, and the doctor didn’t feel very kind. The staff seemed kind, and they did seem to listen to my opinions, but it felt like they only wanted to do what they were good and confident at? It didn’t feel like they were tailoring things to each individual eye.
