There were quite a few people waiting, but the consultation ended pretty quickly, so I didn't have to wait much to go in. Before the consultation, they took photos and showed them to me, and the consultation was done confidently. They showed me what the line would look like if it were lowered, and it was fine. They explained the surgery method and recommended one. They didn't push anything other than the surgery I actually needed.
