As soon as they removed the splint, you could already see that the nose was drooping and crooked, but they insisted it was because of swelling. Now, two years later, it is still the same, and I’m looking into revision surgery and am very stressed because of my nose. And this was already a revision surgery, but it turned into a witch nose, and when I smile, the tip of my nose is almost rubbing against my lips... They lowered the columella without improving the pinched nose, so it ended up looking even more pinched
