The kindness level was the worst possible... just extremely awful. They were so bad at giving injections that the bruise on my arm never went away. The surgeon may be good at operations, but there was no communication. In the end, it was a disaster. Aftercare was zero. Consultation day, surgery day, stitch removal, splint removal, that was it. They say swelling laser is unlimited, but they don’t even check the progress. I regret it.
