When I went, there was no one waiting. But the staff looked so cold that I waited quietly and then had my consultation. The director seemed to have just come out of surgery and was wearing something like a headlight and a surgical cap. The consultation was really thorough. But in the end, he said they would have to open up the nose to know what kind of effect it would have, so I was flustered
