A place I chose because I wanted something glamorous but not that obvious plastic-surgery nose. During consultation, they spoke realistically, and the price was fairly average, but it was the most painful surgery I’ve had. Since it was under local anesthesia, I could vividly feel the hump being shaved down, but at least I was sure it wasn’t being done by a shadow doctor, so that was a small relief. I did get the short-looking nose I wanted, but for some reason it really does not seem high at all. I’m living with it as just my nose’s limit, but I still feel disappointed. Also, at the post-op visit, I went to change the dressing, and the exam room I saw had poor hygiene.
