I went for a consultation today about male double-eyelid surgery. I wanted a natural, low-pressure look, so I mainly asked about hidden double eyelids. The doctor carefully looked at my eyes and said that because my eyelids are on the thicker side, if we make them too thick I could look tired. He specifically pointed out that instead of excessive incision, it would be much cleaner to do a slight ptosis correction together and make it a thin inline or in-out line that sits like a hidden double eyelid, which made me trust him. Before the consultation I was worried it might look too obvious, but he explained exactly what was needed without over-treatment, so I feel much more at ease. I plan to visit one more clinic before making my final decision. For men considering eye surgery, I recommend you definitely go in person and hear opinions from several doctors!
