They clearly told me exactly how far they could go and drew a firm line about what they could and could not do, so I actually felt more trust. But the waiting time seemed very long. Even though I had a reservation, the wait was extremely long... If you want a specific director, you have to have a consultation on a weekday... Since this is a revision surgery, the estimate was a bit expensive and I was surprised, but considering it is revision surgery, well... if the result comes out well, I think it would be worth the money. Right now
