They said partial incision was possible. (They would do natural adhesion if I wanted it, but they did not recommend it.) They said the fat under the eyes was sticking out, so the eyes looked sleepier. -> Under-eye fat repositioning is optional. Among all the directors I’ve seen so far, this one was the most thorough. They explained natural adhesion, partial incision, and full incision while drawing it out. They said I have upper-eyelid fat, weak eye-opening strength, and a bit of an epicanthic fold, so my eyes look sleepy. So the option they recommend most is incision, but since it would be my first surgery and I’m 부담스러워 about the recovery period and scars, partial incision seems okay. They said they would do natural adhesion if I wanted it, but they didn’t particularly recommend it. They showed actual patient case photos, and I did like the high in-out line (you can feel they have good aesthetic sense...) I also liked the low in-out line they drew for me. They said the left side has weaker eye-opening strength and the left lacrimal caruncle is more visible, so they would open it a bit more and lift it accordingly. I asked, if I do both eye correction and incision, won’t my eyes not close? They said that at first, because of swelling, the eyes may not close well, but once the swelling goes down it’s fine. But the most surprising thing was because it’s peak season, they require a 20% deposit + no refund (one free date change) + I didn’t hear anything about whether aftercare CCTV or anything like that is only explained after booking; other places tell you in advance. And the forced reservation pressure felt the strongest to me. But the director really explained things in a very precise way, so it did look seriously professional, which makes me even more conflicted. Sigh. I have to decide today. What do I do?
