When I consulted with the manager in the consultation room, they only showed similar before-and-after photos in selfie format, which was disappointing. The CT scan and consultation were free, and while looking at the CT they checked how large my septum was and the doctor explained well whether my nose was suitable or unsuitable. It was easy to understand because they explained it with drawings. But when it came to choosing materials, I felt subtle pressure between either going without an implant for safety and using my own tissue for the tip to make it natural, or opening it up and then using materials that the doctor judges to be appropriate so as to achieve as much cosmetic improvement as possible, even though we wouldn't know until surgery. I had a strong resistance to the second condition, since it meant leaving everything to the doctor's judgment without even knowing what material would be used, and that they would open it up. During the consultation, the atmosphere felt more like I was being scolded than treated kindly.
