I had bridge and tip rhinoplasty and decided to get surgery because I wanted the bulbous nose to improve. After seeing the before-and-after photos, I liked the line here the most, so I chose this place. A few years later, I'm much more satisfied than before the surgery, but if you look closely at the bridge, it's a bit crooked, and the nostrils are asymmetrical too (they were asymmetrical to begin with), and the alar base didn't shrink as much as I expected. Still, if you asked me whether I'd go back and have the surgery again, I would. My friends' reactions were very good. Before surgery, I emphasized that I wanted it to look as natural as possible, but now I'm being greedy, and if I went back, I'd ask for it to look a little more glamorous. I think the line looks prettiest around 2 to 4 months after surgery.
