I went because there is only one director, but the manager was so over the top that I lost the will to have surgery. She said I need donor rib cartilage without even looking at my CT scan lol. It was so ridiculous that it wasn't even the doctor, and she was saying how would she know by looking at my nose lol. I was just laughing and didn't even want to talk, but the director was in his own way explaining things well, which I liked. Please replace the manager. It was really funny how she talked so casually about the materials for the nose like it wasn't even her own nose.
