The director was soft-spoken and explained things kindly and well. At another place they said I absolutely had to get rhinitis surgery, but here they said it was optional, so I worried a lot. I wanted to have surgery with autologous costal cartilage, but I was a little surprised when they said the costal cartilage would also require using ear cartilage. They said there was no CCTV, so I decided to hold off.
