When designing, they paid a lot of attention to shaping the line so that the first fold coming down would look truly natural and not awkward, which I liked. When I said I didn't like an overdone look, they adjusted it to match that and drew it accordingly, and they showed me a lot of examples that felt similar to the look I wanted... You can really feel their sincerity in the explanation. At the same time, they didn't recommend anything extra and seemed to look at things honestly.
