I had surgery here 2 years ago. My nose was low, and they used ear cartilage, which is hard to raise much as support, to make the tip pointed and higher, and they also harvested my septum and autologous dermis. The result is disastrous. The tip had no support so it bent to the side, and the silicone bridge was inserted too high up, so the glabella is the same height as the tip. It became a straight nose, and the tip drops in a straight line too. The silicone even shifted all the way to the right. It became a man's nose. Worse than most men's noses, and it was much better before surgery. The nose line is so strange I even had a revision. My nose had to be opened twice, but nothing changed. I regret it a lot. I also had columella lengthening. But I don't even know whether that was actually included in the surgery. It just feels like the tip was pulled upward. And from the beginning, the harvest site on my buttock autologous dermis looked so strangely wounded that I thought it would still heal, but it's so visible and the scar is severe. Oh, and they also insisted on unnecessary lateral osteotomy and hump osteotomy on my nose, which I went along with, but the hump wasn't even that severe to the naked eye, and since they shaved the sides of my nose, which was already small, the space beside my cheeks became even larger and the proportions became odd. It's full of regret. I should blame myself for not knowing anything at 20 and for my first surgery. Revision surgery is not cheap either, so I'm sad. I've seen many people, not just me, saying their noses became crooked after surgery here. My body has absolutely no silicone side effects, and I'm someone who hardly ever gets swelling or inflammation. Even after surgery, when I came out and saw that it was crooked, they kept the splint on for two more days. They said it was swelling, but maybe the doctor already knew. Was the problem really my nose?
