I had a consultation and the doctor was stubborn, but it felt like he knew what he was talking about. And I think he likes dramatic noses! Rather than a natural nose, it had the feeling of a real doll-like nose! While I was waiting, I saw people who had just finished surgery and had their splints removed, and for the most part their noses were extremely dramatic.
