I went once for a consultation when I was thinking about my first surgery, and later I called to ask about early correction. The staff member told me to go talk to the hospital where I had the surgery and refused to book an in-person consultation. The atmosphere was completely different from when I first booked the consultation. I was looking into early correction because there was a problem with the surgery and I didn’t trust the original hospital, so telling me to go back there was ridiculous. I had already been to a consultation there before, so I called with a follow-up question, and being cut off at the staff level was absurd.
