The waiting time was way longer than I expected... I waited for an hour The director and the chief staff member were kind (but not extremely kind). I had a consultation with the doctor for about 20 minutes. I was wondering whether there was surgery after me, or whether consultations were running behind schedule (it was definitely running behind); I wanted to ask more questions, but I felt self-conscious and only asked 7 out of the 10 questions I had. Still, the consultation coordinator explained most things I needed to know, so my questions were answered, and they seemed professional too.
