I had thought I should at least go get a consultation at a large hospital once, and luckily there was an opening so I went. I went straight into the consultation, and both the manager and the doctor were the type to explain things calmly and well. Because it was a large hospital, I guess there was a well-organized surgery program? Something like that, and the facilities were good and the atmosphere was systematic. But they do push for reservations a bit.
