The director is the type who only says exactly what's needed. They seem busy, but if you ask something they answer well, and because they have a lot of surgery experience, they give a trustworthy impression! The consultation coordinator I worked with also guided me calmly and clearly, and even when I asked follow-up questions by message later, they replied quickly, which I appreciated.
