There wasn’t much of a wait for the city consultation or the consultation with the office manager, but I had to wait quite a while for the consultation with the director. The office manager was kind and explained things well, but there was a bit of pressure to put down a deposit. Still, their direction was pretty similar to what I was aiming for, so I didn’t feel bad. The director was also the type to just state the surgical direction clearly, so although he was blunt, it was fine.
