The waiting area was insufficient for the number of visitors, so the atmosphere felt crowded. The staff at the desk were moving chairs around here and there to make space for people I waited for an hour and a half, but the consultation was only 10 minutes..? Still, unlike the reviews saying they were blunt, they explained things kindly. But the wait was so long that I almost ended up late for my next hospital appointment, so I feel sorry that I couldn’t talk enough
