I went as my last consultation hospital with no expectations. I had watched a lot of YouTube videos, so I was also wondering, would it be exactly like the videos? There was a bit of a wait, and as soon as I arrived I filled out the chart and had a CT and regular photos taken ~ Ms. Bae, the manager, isn’t the type to be super warm or to flatter you, but she calmly and gently listened to what I wanted and explained things, which I actually liked even more. After that, I met the two chief directors separately, and both of them explained things thoroughly without making me feel rushed (I think they looked at me well because it was the off-season). The directors clearly said what could be done and what couldn’t, while still trying to reflect my needs well. The consultation was good, and I hope the surgery result coming up will be good too!
