First of all, the hospital was fairly crowded. The consultation manager was really, really kind. Among the hospitals I’ve been to, she’s almost one of the kindest. I had a CT scan, and the consultation was based on that. When I met Dr. Seo, I didn’t really feel that he was stiff. He said he would confidently create the exact line I wanted.
