I had a consultation for eyes and nose!! (Since it was a consultation, I entered the surgery expectation rating arbitrarily!!) First of all, the consultation manager was incredibly kind, and there was none of that pushy, seasoned vibe that other plastic surgery managers often have, so I was able to talk comfortably. Before the consultation with the doctor, I could ask about basic things, and the explanations were extremely detailed. They also spoke from their own experience of having had surgery themselves, which made me trust them. After finishing with the manager, you move on to the doctor's consultation, where they look at the CT photos and my face directly and tell you what they recommend! Both Dr. Seo Seung-jo and Dr. Lim Seong-yoon were kind and meticulous, answering each question one by one, I went with my parents, and even they said they trusted both doctors and gave permission for the surgery. I was worried because I had read reviews saying the doctor was blunt, but the doctor first asked, "What do you want your nose to look like?" and calmly explained that there seemed to be parts I was worried about for these and those reasons, then explained how the surgery would be carried out. After finishing with the doctor, they explain again, step by step, the surgeries they recommended during the final consultation with the manager. The price was also reasonable compared with the hospital where I had surgery before, and I liked that the aftercare and A/S aspects felt considerate of the patient compared with other hospitals. In the end, I even made a reservation for the surgery date!! I recommend it for people who want a stress-free consultation!! Both the consultation with the manager and the doctor were positive experiences.
