It was my first surgery, so I was really nervous, but the consultation coordinator was kind. Getting a CT scan was also novel, and since the clinic seems so popular, there were a ton of people even on a weekday.. They clearly explained whether what I wanted was possible, and I liked that there was no unnecessary pressure.

The wait was really long Even though it was the last appointment of the day, it took 2 hours just to get to the consultation. They also take actual facial photos with a CT camera!! So it’s nice because you can look at asymmetry, crooked…
