I made an appointment and visited, but the wait was too long. However, the director was very kind, and the counselor was also very kind, so I liked that. They compared before-and-after photos and explained in an easy-to-understand way what the result after surgery would look like? I was grateful for that. What was disappointing, though, was the way they handled the waiting, so that part was a bit disappointing Everything else was good!
