At first, all the staff were so kind! The consultation wait time got pretty long, but they kept saying how sorry they were and looked so flustered that I didn't feel bad while waiting. The consultation manager also didn’t pressure me to book, was gentle and friendly, and answered my questions one by one, which I really liked. But the doctor was a bit.. careless during the consultation, which made me hesitate. Maybe because they came right after surgery, they seemed bothered and only said a couple of things? Then they asked if I had any more questions, which caught me off guard.. While I was asking questions, it looked like they were trying to fix their shoes and leave...;;; The consultation itself wasn’t bad, but it felt like it was only about 10 minutes? Still, while getting the consultation, I started to wonder whether they would really listen to me if I had surgery here.
