I ended up waiting more than an hour. Everyone who came before me had already left, but I was the only one still waiting. I asked when it would be my turn, and they told me to ask someone else because they didn’t know. So I asked another person, and they said they didn’t know either. Then who on earth does know? The staff were very rude. I didn’t even know which doctor was in charge, and each time I went, a different person handled it. I don’t know if it was effective, but I just got annoyed.
