-> I’m a sensitive person compared to others, and I only wrote subjective impressions and the aftercare I received I had my first surgery here, then a revision surgery with AS. My nose looked like it was leaning to one side, and the silicone was showing. The front view was straight, but it looked skewed. The side line was very natural, and I was very, very satisfied with it. I was dissatisfied with how much the nasal bridge was bent. Rather than bent, it was straight but shifted to one side. The director admitted it and did the revision surgery, but only the tip moved back and the bridge stayed the same lol They had already done a CT scan from the start, but they never said anything about a crooked, asymmetric nose, so I thought maybe it would turn out well. After the surgery, though, I heard about the asymmetry more than ten times... If there is asymmetry, other clinics ask whether to place the silicone in the proper direction or leave it shifted, but I guess that wasn’t intentional here. I didn’t know any better and thought, since it’s done by a person, that could happen, so I got AS here again ^^^^^ For the revision, they said they would open the nose and then decide what to do, and said the asymmetry was severe enough that they even did osteotomy, but one side became sunken and I really hate it. It’s not exactly sunken, but the silicone is shifted, and after the osteotomy the unevenness looks even worse. This clinic may not suit people with large noses. It seems like a clinic that should be visited by pretty people with small, slim noses and no asymmetry when they want a natural, pretty line. In the end, it keeps tilting and it hurts. Sigh - 2-week follow-up treatment What really annoyed me was that when I went in for follow-up, they said they don’t do CT scans here, so I went to another ENT clinic, got a CT scan, confirmed that the silicone was tilted, and even after the osteotomy the nasal bone was still tilted and the asymmetry hadn’t been corrected. Did you intentionally put the silicone in at an angle, or if not, couldn’t you have explained things properly so I could at least accept it and not have revision surgery at another clinic? They skipped all the explanation front to back, and didn’t seem to want to do anything about it. When I asked why the silicone had been inserted off-center, they said that to their eyes it looked straight, and pushed on my nasal bridge so hard with their hand that it almost felt like they were going to break my nose. If it looks straight, then don’t push it around, I thought my nose was going to break. They kept blaming the shadow, but the shadow is off-center because the structure is off-center. If it had been inserted at the very top center, wouldn’t the shadow also naturally appear symmetrical? My mom and my friends all said they could see it was inserted off-center, so was it only invisible to the director’s eyes...??? And the nurses? therapists? were gossiping about my guardian outside, lol I could hear everything. I’d also like the front desk staff to have a little more sincerity when they respond.
