Both the doctor and the manager were neither particularly kind nor rude, just very mechanical and textbook-like. The doctor seemed busy, probably because they do a lot of surgeries in a day, and in fact it was hard to get a consultation appointment because there were so many surgeries, so from the time I called, I was booked for a month later.
