I went after making a consultation appointment, and I think I waited about thirty minutes. Even though it was a weekday afternoon, there seemed to be quite a lot of people. The manager who consulted with me was kind and seemed to try to explain things carefully. But the time with the director was surprisingly short. The waiting time was even longer. They were kind, but it didn't feel like they explained things in a very detailed or thorough way.
