I had tip septal cartilage, bridge silicone, and deviated septum surgery 3 years ago. I do regret not making it just 1 mm higher for a more natural result, but the director said 3 mm was appropriate for my face, so I’m satisfied now. If I had made it higher, I think the silicone would have shown a lot because my skin is thin.
