This was my first visit, and the staff were overall kind and the atmosphere was comfortable, so my first impression was really good! In particular, the person who directly performed the procedure was also kind, so I was satisfied that I could receive it without feeling burdened. However, the procedure itself was a little less satisfying than I had expected. That does not mean the procedure was wrong or there was a problem, but since skin type and condition differ from person to person, I think this particular treatment just was not as well matched to my skin as I had hoped. I had already booked and paid in advance for the procedure I specifically wanted to try, so I went in and had it done right away without a separate consultation on the day, and I think that also affected the result to some extent. Next time, I think it would be better to first get enough consultation about whether it is suitable for my skin condition and type before deciding. Still, I was satisfied with how kindly they treated me on my first visit and how comfortable they made me feel during the procedure. Results can vary from person to person, so please keep that in mind, and if you want to get a comfortable consultation at a kind place, I think visiting once would not be a bad idea!
