It was so hard to get a reservation, like ticketing for an idol concert.. And only for the first procedure could I consult with the doctor; after that, I meet them in the procedure room. If I want another consultation, I have to fight for tickets again a few months later. So from the second procedure on, the doctor may have forgotten, and my needs didn't seem to get communicated well.
