Before that, I had tip surgery with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and the cartilage was showing slightly at the lower part of the nose, so I went for a revision consultation. The manager said revision surgery was definitely necessary, but the doctor said there was no real need to do it. Still, if I was going to do it, he said to slightly raise the drooping tip, and if I was going to do it with autologous costal cartilage, do it that way, and if I was going to do it with ear cartilage, do it that way. He spoke in that kind of way, so he was kind, but he did not seem very professional....
