The hospital system felt a bit more organized. The counseling manager was assigned one person at a time, so it was neat and tidy, and the counseling manager was really pretty and kind, and explained everything without leaving me confused. What stood out was that she came in together during my consultation with the doctor and listened beside me, and the doctor had a straightforward style and, after trying out my eye line a few times, immediately told me what would work. When I told them what I wanted, they clearly explained why it was impossible and also suggested alternatives, like how about doing it this way instead. I liked how confident they seemed.
