I'm writing this in the hope that at least one person sees my review. First of all, I had cheekbone reduction at this hospital, and during the consultation the doctor spent about 5 minutes with me (barely looked at my face, talked mostly to himself). On the day of surgery, in the operating room, he made a quick mark with a Sharpie once on each side (about 30 seconds), and then they just had me lie down and proceeded. There was no consultation about the design. A surgery that I was told would take 1 hour was actually 4 hours by the time I opened my eyes. Then, as the swelling gradually went down, there was not much change from my face before, and neither acquaintances nor family could tell. About a week later, when I said I wanted to talk with the doctor, he only appeared briefly right before the stitches were removed at the stitch-removal bed, didn’t even look at my face, and just said things like, “It’s because of the swelling, swelling,” without even trying to listen, then left... Both the manager and the doctor were so busy that they were completely unable to focus on each patient individually, and I concluded it was a completely factory-style clinic. When I later said I wanted to see the CCTV footage too, they refused to show it, saying I couldn’t because I hadn’t filled out a consent form before surgery. If anyone says they’re going to have surgery at this hospital, I would not recommend it.
