Director Lee Junho was the very pinnacle of kindness, and Director Kim Shinyoung clearly said no when something couldn't be done. It turned out really natural, but it was so natural that I'm now looking into nose surgery at other hospitals. The manager and the other staff were kind too, and especially having an anesthesiology specialist was the best part.
