I had double eyelid surgery here a long time ago, and it was done by some kind of fee-for-service doctor? A ghost doctor. But my eye mucosa was everted, so when I went back, that person had disappeared and the chief surgeon? came instead. Then while talking to me, he got angry all by himself and stormed out. Sigh, it felt like some kind of Chinese-style factory hospital..? My eyes weren’t messed up or anything, but if this were my younger sibling, I wouldn’t let them get surgery here.
